Roman street PIZZA — fresh and crispy — on the south shore of Nova Scotia. Welcome!

In Rome, the best street food is the famed pizza al taglio — pizza baked in rectangular trays and sold by the slice. We take pride in our pizzas, which begin with an amazing and Roman-style crust. We make our dough daily from scratch, a highly-hydrated dough that rises for 72 hours for a light, airy base that’s easy to digest, and just as perfectly crispy and delicious as what you’d find on a Roman strada.

Our dough recipe blends four carefully-selected, high-protein flours: Italian 00, whole wheat, spelt and barley. This longer fermentation process breaks down the gluten more than other doughs, building sugar and nutrients to make it friendlier for most people with wheat sensitivities.

Even better, the extra-long dough creation gives our pizza a bubbly, light, crispy texture when baked — one that stands up beautifully to being reheated the next day.

We import authentic ingredients from Italy and are proud to use local produce. We’re constantly innovating with what’s in-season, with a broad selection of red tomato sauces and white cream sauces as well as a vast menu of meat, vegetarian, and vegan options.
